I started Thinking Leaf Designs to provide other women and small business owners a simple and affordable way to get their businesses online. I understand how important it is to have a unique web site that is easy for you to update yourself and doesn’t cost a fortune.
I’ve sold Great Plains Accounting Software and worked as an IBM business partner. Spent hours debugging software for DataWorks, Inc.. I’ve owned my own greeting card company and taught papermaking and lampwork beadmaking. I understand that small business doesn’t mean 500 to 1,500 employees but means you and your best friend making handpainted candles.
After being hit by lightning in August, 2006 I was gifted with the unique opportunity to reinvent myself. I have always been a writer and quite a geek but never considered combining them as a vocation. I was lucky enough to take an online Magazine Writing class with Linda Formichelli - The Renegade Writer, won a writing contest on Helium, wrote for a local free monthly newspaper called The Observer, joined HubPages and am finally becoming the dynamic and vibrant writer I have always dreamt of being. I can’t think of anything I’d like better than to help you update your blog content and help you connect with your customers.
